What SKY News failed to say was that the owner hadn't registered the dog for a certificate of exemption.
The dog was two years old, and the owner claimed he was going through the process of registration.
N.B., it doesn't take two years to register.

Right, all of a sudden, they admit when they do wrong. It's crazy that we let these pieces of 💩 💩 getaway with destroying apart of our family. I have seen many of these XL Bullys, and they are very friendly. It's depends on the owner's. My brother's son used to jump and play with his dog. He never snapped or did anything but lay there.
