I mean I think I’d pretty obvious that there is much more contact on pereira than elanga. One dragged his studs down the back of is heel whereas bassey (who already won the ball) hits the back of elanga’s leg with nowhere near enough contact for him to stay down all the time

Both were not penalties, the difference between them is. Fulhams pen the ref didnt see and VAR called forba review, the Forrest one the ref makes a decision a d VAR will look at it but will be reluctant to change the onfield decision.
